Cancellation Policy

***Consent Form Required to be filled out before booking***(Located on Homepage) *NOTE: Conveniently schedule your Blood testing/Urine cultures or Drug Testing for up to 3 patients at a time with T&G Medical. For larger groups, please call us to schedule testing so we can ensure enough time for collections. Don't forget to drink plenty of water before your appointment to make the process as seamless as possible. *A NON REFUNDABLE $25 dollars of your total purchase will be held as a non refundable deposit in the event that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time. * The Collector is granted a 20-minute grace period for appointment arrival, with a refund only given if the Collector reschedules the appointment. * In case the client needs to reschedule, the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
